PLEA's response - Sedentary or Physical

For me, being sedentary would be my choice compared to physical.
I believe that I am a person who favour to stay inside doing things more rather than exercising outside. Sometimes, when I feel that I should have a break by walking on the narrow sideway in the woods breathing in the most fresh air, I would soon shift my mind onto planning what to do after the rest. Simultaneously, I began to realize that I tend to pay much more attention on the work compared to the sports. Also, the requirement presently for me as a student, I need to work a lot more in a day than to do exercises physically as much as possible. Furthermore, speaking from a timesaving perspective, I would choose to stay at home more instead of to rest on the field. This occurs due to the relatively less amount of preparations required for me to remain at home where as I need to prepare more things if I wish to go to the outside. When I am being sedentary, I like to spend my time in the house reviewing notes from classes, doing homework, practicing instrument, and having breaks. Looking at the writing in the notes and memorizing the main points is always required for a new lesson. Spending time on the homework from different subjects takes time as well, though not too much. Part of the day that I always enjoy completely is the practicing of the instrument- GuZheng. Feeling the tones and rhythms of the song little by little, I can focus my attention on the music utterly.  For me, the music is always an excellent privilege after school. It allows you to relax and concentrate better when trying to find the solution to a question. At this point, I like to say that exercising, although in this case not exercising physically, can help one to perform better when doing brain consuming tasks. Additionally, I believe that letting the left brain (the part that does the logic) to have a rest by using the right brain (the part that carries out creativity) to go through some creative exercises would help the person to do better when he (she) is returned to logic-required assignments.
